The registration process will be done through our website. We are testing and correcting our system of registration so that to ensure the process will be smooth and easy for all our delegates. We have a team standby to sort out all issues that will arise during the time of registration.
The organizing committee guarantees that every NMO will have 16 delegates, 8 for early registration and 8 for late registration for the GA. Please note that early registration cannot be accepted if a delegate finishes the registration after the deadline for early registration.
Additionally the Organizing committee guarantees early registration fee participation for:
- All IFMSA official outside the NMO quota.
- All IFMSA staff member
- One representative from each IMFSA Program outside the NMO quota.
- Two members from the hosting National Member Organization of the MM2018
- The coordinator from each IFMSA Task force, outside the NMO quota
- Ten support persons appointed by the Executive Board, outside the NMO quota.
- Six support persons appointed by the Standing Committee Directors, outside the NMO quota
- Two plenary team members, outside the NMO quota.
The Organising Committee of a General Assembly Meeting guarantee late registration fee participation for:
- One member of each standing committee outside the NMO quota and according to the NMO category
- Up to 3 late registration spot for members of the Financial committee
- Five late registration spots for the support persons of the RDs.
Note: All NMO delegates need to be approved by their respective NMO President, before early registration deadline and before late registration deadline. Respective NMO Presidents will be provided with a tool to approve delegates on the website. Later substitutions and changes of delegates are possible depending on the announced conditions of the Organizing Committee.

Please note that delegates from C/D category must pay an additional 10 Euros to the Travel Assistance Fund (TAF).
Please note that delegates fromE/F category must pay an additional 25 Euros to TAF. Extra delegates beyond the quotas listed, must pay an additional tax of 25 Euros for the IFMSA Central Budget.
Observers and Alumni must pay the late registration fee of their respective country category.
Deadline for early registration payment is 20th May 2017.
Deadline for PreGA and late registration payment is 20th June 2017. The organizing committee will send an invoice to every NMO after establishing the final number of participants.
Post GA payments will be done on the day of arrival at the registration desk.
NMOs who are unable to make online or bank transfers, the Organizing Committee will sign an online contract for cash payment after respective registration deadlines.
